Mr Gustav Herman Öst, known as G.H. Öst, is the Head Teacher as Spectre High School, the school founded by the ghostly parents of spooky kids after their children didn't fit in at regular schools.

"Tell me about yourselves and l'll judge whether your children can be part of Spectre High School or not", he says to the parents.

Then he introduces his Deputy Headmaster, Mrs Hella Ween, and tells him to "Bring in The Spooky Book!"

Mrs Hella Ween wheels in a massive book, eight-foot by eight-foot. He ther opens the book, and a video begins to play off the pages as he turns them. The fil shows how the school was found in the year 1478 and runs through the centuries showing the famous ghostly graduates.
