Being a vampire kid at any school was a challenge for twins, Victor and his sister, Raven. But here, at spectre High, they are looked down on by some of the other ghost kids because they say that Victor and Raven are not proper ghosts because, being vampires, they are half-alive and half-dead.

Head Master Öst decides that he must look out for victor and Raven to ensure they can fit in and learn without distraction. And he must educate the other kids to respect anyone with differences. But, because Victor and Raven keep getting up to vampire mischief, Head Master Öst realises this is not going to be easy!

Victor and Raven form a close friendship with some other ghost kids because they all have a wicked sense of humour and love playing pranks. In fact, the other kids call Victor and Raven's group the Fang Gang. Headmaster Öst secretly finds their pranks very funny. But he has to keep up his strict demeanour. After all, how can he run a school for ghosts if he doesn't scare them!
